Covid-19 Safety Policy Ovae

It's crazy times in the world - Covid-19 has impacted each and everyone of us on so many levels. 

Here at Ovae, it's important that we respond responsibly and transparently to these health precautions.

For your safety and interest, we'd like to inform you of the below precautions being taken at our warehouse where we dispatch your beautiful orders;

• During this time, we only have x 2 employees dispatching your online orders. Myself, Jackie and the lovely Gyselle.
• Mostly we will be at our warehouse at different times to process orders.
• Where there are 2 persons in our warehouse dispatching orders, physical distancing of 1.5 metres apart will apply.
• Hand hygiene is of the utmost importance and hand washing is encouraged on arrival as well as gloves being worn to pack orders.
• Face Masks (our lovely cotton Ovae masks) will be worn at all times whilst in the work premises.
• Cleaning and disinfecting of the workplace is happening daily.
• All of your online orders are being dispatched 'contactless' through our parters Australia Post and Sendle.
• Please kindly be aware that order dispatch times from our warehouse will only be minimally impacted, however our courier and post partners are experiencing high delays.
