To Market, To Market...
Shopping at markets is my favourite way to shop. I love wandering the stalls in the open air, the smells – a blend of eucalyptus and hot jam donuts – and the relaxed atmosphere. I always get a little excitement in my stomach when I walk in. What unique treasures will I find? What inspiration will find me? What delicious food will I eat!?
At Ovae we get to soak up the market vibe on a regular basis. Every few weeks in summer we load up the car with trestle tables, gazebos and Ovae goodies, and head to markets across Victoria. These stalls are a cornerstone of the business. They enable us to interact with our customers face to face, to answer questions or receive feedback, and to show off our latest collections. Our customers love the chance to experience our accessories in the flesh – to feel the softness of our oversized scarves, or to see the intricacy of our vintage embroidered clutches.
This summer we are so excited to show you our latest products including our bohemian fringe leather bags and the softest of softest leather wallets.
