Every Ovae piece is crafted from genuine leather, a natural material that develops character over time.

Before first use, we recommend applying a quality leather protectant spray and allowing it to dry completely. To keep your piece looking its best, avoid prolonged contact with moisture, rough or abrasive surfaces, cosmetics and heavily dyed fabrics such as dark denim.

When needed, gently nourish the leather with a quality conditioner to maintain its softness, suppleness and natural beauty.

Our vintage leathers are designed to develop a rich patina over time and may require a little extra care during the first few months of use.

As these hides settle and begin building up their own natural oils again, occasional conditioning can help keep the leather nourished and resilient.

A good way to think about leather is like skin. When it starts to look or feel a little dry, that's your cue to apply a small amount of conditioner. This helps nourish the hide, soften the surface and reduce the appearance of everyday marks.

Over time, the leather becomes increasingly supple and naturally resilient.

Every Ovae piece is handcrafted with care and designed for everyday use.

Should you experience a manufacturing fault within three years of purchase, our team will work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a repair, replacement or another suitable remedy.

Please note that normal wear, softening of leather, scratches, colour variation, accidental damage, lost items and third-party alterations are not covered under our repair promise.
