Opening (first) order value is minimum $800 AUD not including freight. Subsequent orders have no minimum spend.
A 30% deposit is required to secure your order if ordering from a Trade Show.
All orders are Pro-Forma and payment is to be made in full before dispatch of goods unless otherwise agreed.
Freight expenses, national and international are at the expense of the retailer.
For international retailers, any taxes, duties and import costs are the responsibility of the retailer. To help reflect and reduce your importation tax please consider the option of us sending International orders in multiple packages.
MOQ’s (minimum order quantities) are noted on the order sheets for each product. Generally speaking leather goods have no MOQ per colour, whereas scarves have a MOQ of x2 per colour.
Ovae will accept returns/exchanges within 21 days of invoice date. Any requests for returns/exchanges outside these dates may not be fulfilled.
Damaged or faulty stock can be returned for repair, however please note the lead times for repair can sometimes be 12 weeks as we send these back to our factories for assessment and repair.
Due to the nature of the delicate and often vintage fabrics used in some products, prints and colours may vary between re-orders.

As we work with natural leathers and vintage textiles, slight irregularities & colour variations may occur. These personal ‘traits’ add to the history and journey of the product. We see them as character lines and hope you appreciate this aesthetic too.
