Every Ovae piece is handcrafted with care and designed for everyday use. Should you experience a manufacturing fault within three years of purchase, our team will work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a repair, replacement or other suitable remedy.

Please note: Normal wear, scratches, softening of leather, colour changes, accidental damage, lost items and third-party alterations are not covered.
